On Monday, 7/29, Barret Construction began repaving work in the subdivision, starting on Beech Hollow, by grinding up three inches of asphalt. This process will take approximately three days to complete for the entire subdivision, after which three more days will be dedicated to full-depth spot repairs throughout the area, including the following roads in Rollman Estates:

  • Rollman Estates Drive
  • Glenfarm Court
  • Beech Hollow Drive
  • Clearwood Court
  • Ambercreek Drive
  • Rolling Ridge Court
  • Ridgeway Close

New asphalt will be laid down and is expected to be completed by late August, weather permitting. Flyers and no parking signs will be posted in the work areas, and no cars will be permitted to park on the street. However, full access to the neighborhood, including driveways, will remain open.

All streets will be open with traffic control during work hours and will be completely open after hours with plates covering work areas as needed.

During the resurfacing of asphalt, please turn off all sprinkler systems to eliminate water buildup in the street.

Residents should note that equipment will be stored on the street. Contractors will ensure that restoration will be completed at the end of the project.

The final step of the project will involve applying a light coating of rejuvenate with a sand finish to extend the life of the pavement.
