Amberley Village Maintenance Department is renowned for its pristine streets in the winter. Maintenance drivers are CDL trained, and have extensive experience maneuvering in ice and snowy conditions. Residents are asked to support their efforts by keeping cul-de-sacs and streets clear of cars and debris during ice and snow events to ensure they have access to all public paved surfaces.
While our Crews make every effort to avoid hazards during winter conditions, our plows can occasionally incur damage due to poor visibility, piled snow, slippery surfaces, or obstacles left by other residents. In the event you experience property damage to your mailbox or curbs, please contact the Amberley Village Maintenance Department and we will schedule a repair as soon as is reasonably possible. The best way to reach out is via the Resident Request Center, which is delivered directly to both our Maintenance Supervisor and Foreman.
