Amberley Village owns a 26-acre tract, referred to as the North Site, and a 133-acre tract of land, referred to as the Amberley Green. Both properties are strategically located in the center of Hamilton County near the Ronald Reagan Highway (State Route 126) at the Ridge Road interchange. North Site – 12 Acre Property for Sale
Situated north of Ronald Reagan Highway, portions of the Village’s North Site property located at 8601 Ridge Road have been listed for sale.
The Village is pursuing potential business interests for the remaining and available 12-acres on the site. The land north of the Maintenance Garage is considered the most viable for development. Market professionals have concluded that a potential user for the property would likely be a low volume traffic generator. Zoning on the site was changed in 2013 to accommodate development of the property.
Two of the original 14-acres for development has been leased long-term to Mercy Health for the construction a 15,000 square foot medical office building set to open its operation in January 2018.
