Each building lot in Amberley Village has an invisible smaller lot within it upon which you can legally construct one or more buildings. This smaller invisible lot is created by setback lines.
Zoning laws are in place to help manage what residents and businesses can do on their property. Building heights, sizes, fences, outdoor structures like sheds and playhouses, setbacks and many other things are controled by the Village zoning laws.
