  • What is the status of the Ridge Road construction?
    A new water main was replaced.  Click the following link for the latest update on the Ridge Road water main project.

  • When will my brush be picked-up? 
    Brush collection will be suspended again during the summer months this year.

  • Which day is trash pick-up?
    Rumpke collects the Village trash on Fridays.  If your trash did not get picked up, contact Rumpke directly at 742-2900.

  • My electric is out.  When will my electric be restored?
    Power outages are to be reported directly to Duke Energy at 651-4182.

  • My cable is out.  When will service be restored?
    Cable trouble must be reported directly to Time Warner Cable at 469-1111.

  • My water has been shut off.  Who do I call?
    There may be a waterpipe improvement project in your area.  Contact the Greater Cincinnati Water Works to report water emergencies at 591-7700.

  • My sewer line is backing up.  Who do I call?
    Sewer emergencies are to be reported to the Metropolitan Sewer District at 352-4900.

  • How do I gain access to the Village Hall tennis courts?
    Tennis court cards can be purchased at the Police window.  The fees for the court card are $25 for 1 year and $40 for 2 years.  Fees from card sales are used to offset maintenance expenses and court supplies.

  • Can I reserve French Park or the French House?
    Yes.  Contact the Cincinnati Park Board to make reservations at 352-4080.

  • When is the next Village Council meeting?
    Council meetings are held on the second Monday each month at 7:30 p.m.  Residents and the general public are welcome to attend.
