Meeting Minutes
September 5, 2007

Attendees:  Tim Carter (Chair), Peg Conway, Nicole Browder, Pam Hessler, Jack Monahan, Kevin Fryman, Brian Wamsley and Mark Roeseler.

The first order of business was to discuss teh costs to date of the new website launch.  A brief summary was prepared by Tim Carter showing the software to run the new web site was approximately $399, a one-time cost.  The cost to have a programmer modify the templates to produce the customization we required was $2,626.57.  There may be more programming fees if the committee requests further enhancements of the web site.  Annual fees to operate the CAN-SPAM compliant forms is $180 and the contact forms web interface is $349 per year.

A new design for the home page was discussed.  Various other home pages were reviewed.  It was the consensus to develop a photo collage and have perhaps 250 words of descriptive text adjacent to the collage.  Photos need to be taken and judged that best show the beauty and characteristics of Amberley.

It was decided that we should add Google Analytics  java script code to all pages of the web site so we can track activity.

The meeting adjourned after 76 minutes of discussion.
